03ok Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

03ok ("we", "our", "platform") is an online betting and casino service provider that offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, and various other online gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply to the 03ok website, mobile site, and all related services. Any additional rules, competition-specific terms, or payment policies published on the site are also considered part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account on 03ok and use our services, the following conditions must be met:

• You may have one and only one account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be treated as bonus fraud and all accounts will be closed. If multiple family members in the same household wish to play from the same IP address or device, please contact support in advance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds on 03ok. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Depositing from someone else's account instead of a payment account registered in your own name is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

To ensure security, 03ok reserves the right to verify identity before any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification process. If complete and accurate documents are not provided, the withdrawal cannot be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳500. After the bonus is credited, withdrawals will not be allowed until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in wagers.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per account.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• Some games may be partially or fully excluded from bonus wagering — specific details can be found on the bonus page.
• 03ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using any strategy to meet wagering requirements (for example, placing low-risk bets to fulfil the condition) is prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on 03ok use technical measures to ensure fair and random outcomes. Attempting to manipulate game results or using third-party software to influence the speed or outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a minimum and maximum betting limit displayed in the game interface. Different limits may apply to live casino games, slots, and sports betting. In the case of an unusually large win on a specific game, 03ok reserves the right to conduct additional verification.

6.3 Game Errors and Cancellations

If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager amount will be refunded. Any result displayed under an error condition will not be considered valid.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using the site for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players.
• Attempting to compromise the site's security systems.
• Filing false chargebacks or refund claims.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Our Rights

03ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without reason, especially if there is any suspicion of a breach of these Terms.

8.2 Your Rights

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed. Any valid balance remaining in the account after closure will be returned via the designated method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or financial transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — advance notice will be given in this regard.

9 Technical Issues

9.1 Disconnection

03ok will not be held responsible if an internet connection is lost during a game. However, our system will attempt to restore the last game state after the connection is re-established. If a game cannot be completed due to disconnection, the wager amount will generally be refunded.

9.2 Maintenance

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or emergency updates. Advance notice will be given where possible, but this may not be possible in urgent situations. Any active wagers during maintenance will be preserved.

9.3 Software Errors

If a bug or error in the game software causes an abnormal result, 03ok reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wager amount. Attempting to exploit an error to make abnormal profits is a violation of these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 03ok will not be liable for any of the following:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming.
• Interruptions caused by internet connection or device issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

In any case, 03ok's maximum liability will not exceed the balance currently in your account.
